今日は、クロアチアのザゴリエ地方（ザグレブのある内陸）のホテルやレストランで働くシェフの最新料理フォトを紹介。
日本のクロアチア料理店で一緒に働いていたミスラブシェフは”Vila Magdalena”というホテルでシェフを現在しているのですが、彼が作った料理が掲載されていたので、紹介します。見た瞬間すぐに彼の料理だと分かりました。だって、一緒に働いていた時に彼が学んだフランス料理！？のレストランの盛りつけ、デコレーションがそのまま、クロアチアに持ち帰られていたから….

これなんか、バルト海で食べるけしの実のケーキに似てますね。
基本的にはアドリア海に面していないので、山の幸を使ったものが多いですが、アドリア海ばかりクローズアップされがちなクロアチアの中で、こうした農夫の味わいってほっこり、心が温まりますね！
